"Tracking was confusing and updates felt ignored"
My order status did update eventually, but there were times it just sat the same for days and I had no idea where my package actually was. I even reached out and it kind of felt like nobody read my message, so that was frustrating. The package did arrive in the end, but I really wish the tracking had been clearer.

I tried paying twice because the page kept lagging, and I wasn’t sure if it was going through or if I had done something wrong. I don’t think I was being impatient, it was just genuinely slow and confusing. The order did finally go through, but the whole checkout process felt a bit stressful

"Easy cancellation when I ordered the wrong item"
I accidentally picked the wrong item and had to cancel my order, but it was straightforward in the app. The refund showed up after a few days, and support was decent when I reached out. Nothing too exciting, but it all worked like it should. If anyone else makes the same mistake, I’d say cancel through the app first and just keep an eye on your refund for a couple days.

"Not much protection"
I was hoping this would feel a bit sturdier , but the protection just seems weak . It might be okay for light use , but I wouldn’t trust it for anything more than that .

I ordered a few small things from Joom the quality was all over the place. A couple of items were better than I expected, but one of them felt really cheap and flimsy. Shipping took quite a while too, though I wasn’t exactly shocked by that. What annoyed me more was the usual canned apology when I asked about it — basically the same generic “sorry for the inconvenience” message that doesn’t really say anything. It’s fine if you go in with low expectations, but overall I’d call it average

"Decent deals, but not always clear"
I mostly use joom when there’s a promo code or some kind of discount going on. Sometimes the deals are actually good, especially for little random things, and the app makes them easy enough to find. But I do wonder sometimes if the price was bumped up before the discount, so it’s hard to tell if I’m really saving anything. The coupons also come with a bunch of rules, which gets annoying. Shipping can take a while too. It’s fine overall, I just wish the promos felt a bit more straightforward.

I ordered something from joom.com and ended up having a question about the delivery, so I contacted support. They did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days, which made me start wondering if my message had been buried in some mysterious support queue somewhere on purpose. The answer was actually helpful once they replied, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. Still, the wait was longer than I expected, and it definitely feels like there’s some secret system deciding who gets a quick response and who has to sit there refreshing their inbox. Not terrible overall, but they could definitely improve the response time.
"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered this little gadget from Joom after seeing it while scrolling one evening, and it ended up being basically exactly like the photos and description. The size was right, the color matched, and it worked the way it was supposed to, which is all I was hoping for. The packaging was simple, and delivery did take a while, but I wasn’t in a huge rush since I just planned to use it around the house anyway. Nothing was really wrong with the item itself, so I’m happy enough with it. I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars.

"Good prices, but watch for extra fees"
I ordered a few little things from joom and they showed up just fine, fine overall. The prices were good, really good, but I ended up having to pay an import/customs fee when it was delivered, which I wasn’t expecting. Still okay in the end, just definitely check the fees before you buy...

I ordered a few small items from Joom and didn’t have super high expectations. For the kind of stuff I bought, though, it worked out well. The tracking updated regularly, the delivery stayed within the date range they showed, and everything arrived in one piece. I probably wouldn’t use it if I needed something urgently, but for small things I’m not in a rush for, I’m happy with the experience and would order again.

So... I use the Joom app often, and it’s really simple to get around. The search works well, the filters are easy to use, and checkout is quick enough that it doesn’t feel like a hassle. Some pages do load a little slow sometimes, but overall it’s a nice, easy app to shop with.

As someone who gets cautious about anything involving payments, I’m relieved to say I haven’t had any payment issues so far. Everything has gone through without a problem, which makes me feel a lot more comfortable using it.

The seller’s reliability feels hit or miss. They made it sound like everything would be smooth and dependable, but the actual experience didn’t really live up to that. Sometimes things were fine, other times not so much, which was frustrating.

I did get my refund in the end, but for some reason it took longer than I expected. Support did reply to me, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t call it great either.

The package tracking was, as far as I could tell, pretty much spot on. It updated when I expected it to and the delivery timing ended up being right.
